The Veneration and Administration of the Eucharist
The Proceedings of the 1996 Second International Colloquium of historical, canonical and theological studies on the Roman Catholic Liturgy, organised by the Centre International d'Études Liturgiques (CIEL).
This work includes papers from leading theologians such as Bertrand de Margerie S.J., the English writer Michael Davies, and members of Church approved Traditionalist Congregations including the
Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter,
Opus Mariae, and the Institute of Christ the King. Papers explore aspects of the traditional Latin liturgy and the development of the Church's Eucharistic teaching. The book opens with a paper by the Bishop of Gap (in whose Diocese the Colloquium was held) on the Eucharistic teaching of Pope John Paul II.
